WPBot(PRO) is an excellent Chatbot plugin to increase engagement, however, it is limited in where the contact details can be stored to the plugins own tables. By having a webhooks integration it would allow the contact details it captures to automatically flow to various CRMs which would significantly increase the value of the captured contact details.
